The hotel was spacious and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived on New Year's Eve, despite the busy holiday. the hot springs were a highlight with an outdoor option and plenty of space to relax. the traditional Japanese meals were impressive and offered a variety of dishes. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
The rooms were a bit dated, with old-fashioned decor and furnishings that were not very comfortable. the noise level from other guests was surprisingly high, making it difficult to sleep at times.
